• Share capital 42500 grivnas (approx €8,500) for a limited liability company in Ukraine.
• Personal visit to Ukraine for company registration is required: to sign notarial declaration and open bank account.
• A foreign director of company in Ukraine will require a work permit, which may take up to 2-3 months.

• The registration of company in Ukraine will take ten working days upon receipt of all documentation.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR COMPANY REGISTERED IN UKRAINE

• Basic accounting services for companies registered in Ukraine start from €550 per month for payroll 2-5 employees, 2-5 invoices per month. Fees for larger companies may vary. Please contact us for accounting service fees for larger in Ukraine registered companies.

OFFICE OPTIONS FOR COMPANIES REGISTERED IN UKRAINE

• Legal address + basic accountancy fee + secretarial services for company in Ukraine are available for a €1100 per month package fee. Legal address separately is not available. This option is highly suggested if opening of a physical office in the Ukraine is not planned.

HOW TO REGISTER A COMPANY IN THE UKRAINE?

To open a Ukrainian company, we will require the following:

• 100% of the Ukraine company formation cost
• A completed Ukraine company registration application form
• A certified copy of each Ukraine company's director/shareholders passport
• Two utility bills that are less than three months old
